The specialist training division of M&L Ambulance Service, is dedicated to providing Health & Safety training at all levels. We are able to provide training to your personnel i.e. Basic Emergency Aid up to Emergency Medical Technician.
Our courses are fully approved by the requisite regulating authority and are fully certificated for 3 years. We notify our clients three months prior to their certification expiry and arrange
re-qualification.
Training Facilities
Training courses are undertaken at our fully air-conditioned training facilities in East London.
However we appreciate that it is not always practical to send personnel on courses especially when companies have their operational bases at numerous locations throughout the United Kingdom. Providing the client’s premises meets with Health & Safety standards we are able to arrange training at their place of work causing minimum disruption.
Quality Control
As an approved training organisation we pride ourselves upon our quality of service and endeavour to maintain the highest possible standards. Our courses are monitored by our Training Manager. By inviting feedback through an end of course questionnaire we are able to continually improve the service and structure of our training syllabus.
Our Instructors
Our instructors hold an approved qualification from the accrediting body. Our instructors are regularly monitored and their training skills updated on a regular basis both through in-house and statutory authority inspection procedures.

For those traveling from further a field, we have a wide variety of hotels within easy reach of our training centre. We have also negotiated a keen corporate rate with Express by Holiday Inn, which is less than 1 mile away.
