We at M & L believe that Serving the community is not just enough with climate change we believe that we need to help serve the planet as well. 


Implementations already undertaken:

Computers:

We have implemented 40 Wyse © terminals throughout our Head Quarters in London each  Wyse © Terminal uses 10% electricity compared to the everyday conventional desktop. 

A rated white goods:

In line with the European Union energy labelling scheme all white goods bought at M & L are all  A Rated energy efficient.

Energy Saving light bulb:

All lighting throughout M & L are being managed with energy saving light bulbs (wherever possible)

Recycling Policy:

Implementation of recycling materials from cardboard straight through to plastics.

Introduction of Hybrid Vehicles:

From September 2010 M & L will be rolling out Toyota Hybrid Vehicles to the fleet hybrid vehicles are also known for having the lowest emission as well as a very low fuel consumption
