Our ETU/ECR Division will respond to any request for journeys requiring the skills of a medic from any hospital, GP surgery, clinic or private bookings from members of the public. We will also respond to any requests for journeys that currently fall outside of any contracts for the Provision of Ambulances or Patient Transport Services. Our response time to requests is usually less than one hour.
