The Accident and Emergency Division is one of the many specialist divisions of M&L Ambulance Service. All of the qualified personnel within the division have gained a vast amount of experience within the pre-hospital emergency field prior to becoming part of our team. We offer our clients a varied skill mix, depending upon the individual requirements of the NHS Trusts that we serve. Our staff base consists of HPC registered Paramedics, IHCD Emergency Medical Technicians and IHCD trained Emergency Care Assistants.

Our operational fleet of vehicles consists of Double Manned Ambulances (DMA’s), Emergency Bariatric Vehicles and Rapid Response Vehicles (RRV’s) consisting of estate, 4x4 and Motorcycle Response Vehicles. All of our vehicles are regularly maintained by our team of qualified technicians and mechanics in order to provide the NHS and members of the public with a highly reliable service. The vehicles are fully equipped to A&E standards including a full compliment of JRCALC medicines. Our Paramedics also have their own issue of schedule 2 medicines as afforded to them under the Group Authority License issued by the Home Office under the `Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001’.

The M&L Ambulance Service A&E Division has been highly successful in achieving accreditation to provide our services to several NHS Trusts including, Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust, South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust and South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Our goal is to achieve accreditation throughout the UK so that our team of highly motivated and dedicated staff can continue to provide a high quality of service to the public.
